MANAGUA - 2016 - After relocation
Managua, is civil war, earthquakes, hurricanes, is disjointed, messy, and completely broken.
Managua, is small, intense, is love with hate.
Is euphoric and full of contradictions,
Is over-showed, poor. and focuses on the vain.
Managua doesn’t learn, it drives me crazy,
Is heat, is stifled, it floods you

But,
Managua resists. holds on,
is poetry, revolution,
Is ferocious, and tries,
Is hard working, party,
Hope
My home.

…and you feel like you need to escape from these situations, the rush and negative feelings… maybe, for a second, to look from above all this mess, from a place that you can be unreachable and untouchable

…and in that moment and place you can open your heart and eyes a little wider and realize that the world is still full of colours…
For a moment you’re free…
you found air….
you have in the City your unique spot…
you feel ..(for a second), peace within yourself…
… you feel – could it be- …happiness?.Peace? calm?
